- 2 Fresh Atlantic Salmon Fillets (14-16 oz. each)

The Atlantic Salmon fillets are shipped refreshed using our skin-pack to lock in freshness and keep it safe and ready to be placed in the refrigerator upon receipt.
The swordfish steaks are individually vacuum packed and quick frozen to maintain freshness.
