    Santa Monica Seafood is always good. I haven't been disappointed yet. My favorite is steel-head trout. I'd like to see that offered.

    Delicious! For Christmas Day snack, we had the shrimps marinated in a dab each of orange chili sauce, meyer lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, and Annie's sesame shitake dressing. Braised in the oven.

    Everything was excellent. We did the Salmon and Shrimp for a small dinner party and made Bruno's seared Ahi on a different day. The shrimp had a great bite to them and the salmon was skin-free which made it easier to cook and seasoned on both sides.
