Excellent Flavor
The Santa Monica Herbed Butter Pats are unrivaled. I've been a restaurateur in the LA Area for 45 years. Making excellent compound butter is not something that most chefs, let alone Independent restaurant seafood suppliers do well. Yet Santa Monica seafood has done it to perfection! Bravo!
