Prosciutto Wrapped Halibut

1/2 cup olive tapenade
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. fresh basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. lime zest
1/2 tsp. chili sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
8 (4×8 inch) Prosciutto
4 (3oz) fillets of Halibut



1. Preheat your oven to 450°.

2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients above minus the Prosciutto.

3. Place the Prosciutto flat, add a 3 ounce cut of Halibut at the end, top with a spoonful of the olive mixture, and wrap the Prosciutto around the mix fish covering the olive tapenade.

4. Place the fish on a baking dish and into the oven for 11-12 minutes
