Step out of the ordinary and serve burgers with a seafood spin. Balance the spicy tuna patties with the amazing Santa Monica Seafood Tartar Sauce called for in this recipe. Cook with ease as tuna quickly grills in under 10 minutes.
4 ea Spicy Tuna Patties (you can also use Spicy Salmon Patties)
1ea Small Purple Onions, thinly sliced
2 cups Baby Arugula
1 ea Tomato, thinly sliced
1 jar Santa Monica Seafood Tartar Sauce
4 ea Burger Buns
- Pre-heat grill on high heat and season with oil to avoid patties from sticking to the grill grates.
- Brush a little oil on both sides of the Tuna patties and carefully place it on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes and then flip to cook an additional 3-4 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- To plate your burger, add baby arugula on top of the bottom burger bun followed by tomato slices, Tuna patties, sliced onions and a dollop of our Santa Monica Seafood Tartar Sauce.
