Will you be my valentine?
Valentine’s Day for four, It was spectacular! Tasmanian beef, while seemingly odd, is nothing of the sort. The cows eat grasses, which grow only in Tasmania, nowhere else in the world! The meat was buttery and perfectly marbled. The Atlantic lobster tail was sweet and tender. Two of the tales came from female lobsters, and those were the two I served to my wife and mother in law. My nephew and I ate the two other tails. I wish I could post a photo of just how beautiful the plate came out. This is a photo you would proudly put on your wall at Santa Monica Seafood!
