The “Sea” is delicious wild caught Atlantic Lobster Tails. Fantastic on the grill or broiled with garlic butter…which we just happen to have included!

The “Land” is grass fed, premium Cape Grim Beef Tenderloin. Not only is this product an amazing eating experience, but it’s also a healthy choice for beef. Hormone, antibiotic, and GMO free, these filets are naturally marbled for maximum juiciness and flavor.

Cape Grim cattle are raised on the beautiful island of Tasmania, south of Australia in a perfect eco-system for naturally raising beef on pasture. 200 days of rain and moderate weather combined with oceanside pasture on top of volcanic soil produces the world’s best 100% grass-fed beef.

Tip: Try finishing your steak with some of the garlic herb butter for a decadent, extra tender result.

    Will you be my valentine?

Posted by David Rozansky on Feb 18th 2021

Valentine’s Day for four, It was spectacular! Tasmanian beef, while seemingly odd, is nothing of the sort. The cows eat grasses, which grow only in Tasmania, nowhere else in the world! The meat was buttery and perfectly marbled. The Atlantic lobster tail was sweet and tender. Two of the tales came from female lobsters, and those were the two I served to my wife and mother in law. My nephew and I ate the two other tails. I wish I could post a photo of just how beautiful the plate came out. This is a photo you would proudly put on your wall at Santa Monica Seafood!
